My Showcase Project is my Paper #3 which discusses the how outsider narratives are brought into the limelight by the set up of modern education is my showcase project. This paper speaks about how overtime, those student who struggle in reading or writing evetually become ostracized from the social aspect of education because they view themselves as less than their peers solely because they lack the same literal skills. Issues such as this go even further as schools try to help these students with literal abilities by putting them in separate “extra help” classes, which only further isolate students. I chose this paper of mine because I feel it is the most influential and deeply thought paper I have written. This paper looks deeply into modern education and attempts to come to terms with what causes students to write outsiders narratives. Its attempt to grasp a nation wide issues is why i chose it as my Showcase Project
